30 Day Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

Opened Food/Treats

• Store credit may be offered on a limited basis for mostly unused products.
• Frequent or repeated returns may be declined.

Collars, Leashes, Harnesses and Clothing

• Items must be new, unused, and have the original tags attached.
• No returns on engraved or used ID tags.

Muzzles & E-Collars

• Returns must be made within 48 hours.
• Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Toys

• No toy is guaranteed to last. Damage from normal wear and tear or chewing is not eligible for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Final sale items
• Hygiene products (diapers, brushes, etc.)
• Seasonal items
• Open cans or frozen pet food
