PVPE Return Policy
Effective 10/1/2021. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to speak to management.
- An original receipt is required for ALL refunds.
- Products must be returned within (30) days of purchase for a refund.
- Within (30) days, if you do not have a receipt, a refund will be issued in the form of original payment.
- Beyond (30) days, but within (60) days, a same day exchange can occur.
- No refunds or exchanges beyond (60) days.
- Any refund or exchange will be adjusted by recent store discounts.
- All returns are at the discretion of PVPE Management.
FOR PET BEDS, CLOTHING, COLLARS, LEASHES & HARNESSES:
- Returns will only be accepted with the original receipt and original tags intact.
- Products will only be accepted in like-new and in clean condition. Dirty, damaged, pet hair covered or products with strong odors will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Please Note: Lupine products (except for special order items) have a lifetime warranty. However, PVPE will only accept up to two (2) Lupine Returns.
FOR DOG TOYS:
- Please understand that all dog toys should be enjoyed by your dog under supervision by you, their human for safety reasons. NO dog toy is indestructible, however, there are toys that may be more durable than others for aggressive chewers. Please ask any PVPE team member for suggestions on these types of toys.
FOR PET FOOD/TREATS:
- All pet food or treats must be returned in the original packaging due to covid restrictions.
