My husband & I went to PVPE to prepare for our first puppy. Valerie was fantastic. She gave us a tour of the store, explained the different kinds of food & gave us samples to see our puppy’s food of choice. We also picked up a great Fluff & Tuff toy per her suggestion which is now his favorite. At check out she thoroughly explained the rewards plan & answered all our questions. She held the door and offered to help us to the vehicle which is especially kind since I use a wheelchair & my husband is also disabled. We are definitely going to make this our store of choice for all our puppy’s food.
