Let's Start the Conversation...
PVPE has developed WhatsInYourPetFood.com with the intention of encouraging pet parents to take a closer looks at what they are feeding their dogs and/or cats. Based on their many years in the pet food industry, they are sharing their opinions with the goal of helping pets stay healthy and happy through education of good nutrition principles, of points of caution concerning pet food shortcomings and misleading information online and in marketing.
WhatsinYourPetFood.com directs to Perk Valley Pet Eatery's website in an effort to educate pet parents on healthy choices for their furry family members and to encourage pet owners to take a closer look at what they are feeding their dogs and/or cats.
WhatsinYourPetFood.com is owned and operated by Perk Valley Pet Eatery, an independent pet specialty retailer in Trappe, Pennsylvania. The owners, Gordon and Sue Kriebel have been in the pet food industry since 1979, and have operated their current store since 2003 together. This website is designed as a resource to encourage pet owners to take a closer look at what they are feeding their dogs or cats. It is the feeling of Gordon and Sue that the pet food industry as a whole is very profit and marketing focused, but not in all cases producing what is best for our pets to consume. With this in mind, our goal is to enlighten current and potential pet food buyers about both good principles of nutrition, and of points of caution concerning pet food shortcomings and misleading information.
